DESCRIPTION:Suspension 101 Registration \nSuspension 101 is a hands-on workshop for riders who want a smoother\, safer\, and more enjoyable time on the trail. Mike Williamson at Aurum Suspension has graciously offered his time and expertise to help the MBG raise funds for the new 1.5 mile downhill trail in the Scratchgravels.  \nAurum Suspension is owned and operated by Mike Williamson\, an engineer by training and master bicycle mechanic who has worked in the bike industry since the mid-1990s.  \nThe Suspension 101 workshop will cover the following: \n\nSuspension History\nIntro to Suspension (Coil Spring\, Air Spring)\nDamping (Compression\, High Speed Compression)\nRebound (Low Speed Rebound\, High Speed Rebound) \nBike Set-Up (bring your bike please)
